Appointment Payment and Scheduling

Your appointment time is reserved for you; plan to arrive a few minutes early.  The office is always open 15 minutes prior to appointments but occasionally closed during the day for business errands or meetings.

Please give a full 24 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment to avoid the $20.00 late -cancellation fee. An appointment that is skipped without cancellation may be charged the full treatment fee. * WI winter or serious illness may modify this policy.
